WHAT WE OFFER:
Structure. Support. Accountability. A New Beginning
Structured Sober Living
Residents are expected to follow established house rules, maintain a substance-free living environment, respect fellow residents, and participate in daily household responsibilities.
Peer Support & Community
We encourage a supportive brotherhood where residents can connect with others who understand the challenges of recovery. Through shared experiences and mutual encouragement, residents can develop meaningful relationships and a sense of belonging.
On-Site House Manager
Our planned residence will have an on-site house manager who provides day-to-day oversight, reinforces house expectations, and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment.
Recovery Meeting Participation
Residents will be expected to actively participate in recovery support meetings, such as AA, NA, or other approved recovery-focused programs, as outlined in their residency agreement.
Employment & Personal Development
We encourage residents to seek employment, pursue educational opportunities, develop financial responsibility, and establish goals that support greater independence.
Accountability & Responsibility
Regular check-ins, household chores, adherence to house policies, and substance-use screening under established policies will help residents maintain accountability throughout their stay.
To maintain a safe and supportive environment, residents will be expected to:
Remain free from alcohol and non-prescribed or illicit drugs while residing at Clover Cove.
Follow established house rules, including quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM.
Maintain cleanliness of personal and shared living spaces.
Respect other residents, staff, and property.
Participate in assigned household chores.
Comply with established safety, substance-use screening, and accountability policies.
We understand that recovery is not the same for everyone. Our goal is to provide an environment that combines compassion with personal responsibility.
Clover Cove is designed as a peer-supported recovery residence, not a clinical treatment facility. We do not provide medical detoxification, inpatient treatment, or licensed clinical counseling. Residents may continue receiving appropriate treatment and recovery services from outside providers.
We believe lasting change comes through consistency, healthy relationships, and a willingness to grow.
Clover Cove is being developed to serve adults who are committed to maintaining a substance-free lifestyle and participating in a structured recovery environment.
Prospective residents will be considered through an admissions process designed to determine whether our housing model is appropriate for their needs.
